Grasspaw, the newly named apprentice padded in to the apprentice's den. She had a big smile across her face as she thought now, I can finally learn from my other mentor, Snakeheart. She closed her eyes and thought about what her mentor would teach her today. She yawned and crawled to her newly made nest. She fluffed it up so it could be nice and soft. She lay her head down and closed her eyes hoping for sleep to come. She drifted of to sleep. She opened her eyes in a new place. She glanced around and said," Snakeheart, it's me Grasspaw". She waited for her to come.

"I know" A voice called from the shadows a moment before the ghostly she-cat padded into view, congratulations on your apprentice ceremony, I suppose you're eager for your first training session with me" the she-cat said tilting her head to side with a slight smirk her blood stained claws sliding out to glint in the light

Grasspaw heard her mentor and did a small jump of joy. She smiled and padded towards Snakeheart and nodded. She said," yes, I am have been waiting for some time now to start training". She licked her paws seeing there was some blood on them from her early bird she ate. She jumped a bit as she thought about learning to be cool and interesting. She smiled and waited for Snakeheart to reply.

Snakeheart's smirk widened "I think you should know a few things first, one you can't speak about this training to any cat, they'll try to stop you from coming here, they'll be jealous and try to get more attention then you, secondly this won't be like training with your living mentor you'll be hurt and you'll bleed, but you'll be learning advanced battling that even older warriors might not know"

Grasspaw listened to the older cat. She thought about the two rules she had just stated. She thought yes, I will never tell a cat a thing, they will be very jealous and try to stop me and I will have to learn to fight off wounds, my normal mentor can never teach me that. She nodded and then stood straight and said," I don't care if I bleed, someday I will have to learn to ignore wounds, my other mentor can never teach me that". She licked her chest quietly and then looked up at Snakeheart again and said," What will I learn today? Hunting or fighting"? She secretly hoped for fighting but said nothing. She waited for Snakeheart's answer.

Snakeheart chuckled "don't worry about that, here is a place for battle training, solely battle training, though hunting training is important as well this is a place for fighting, it hurt and you will bleed, but don't fret...only a few have died here as far as I can recall"

A evil looking smirk spread across her face. She felt a demon breaking free and running wild. She chuckled and took a step forward. She smiled evilly and said," that doesn't bother me, I want to be the best fighter the clan has ever seen, maybe even better". She let her claws slid out and she opened her mouth slightly so her teeth would show. She felt the demon taking control of her. She chuckled and narrowed here eyes. She glanced at Snakeheart and said," When do we start". She waited for Snakeheart to answer.

OOC: I let her inner demon out! *runs around arms in the air while laughing evilly*

without a single word of warning Snakeheart leapt at Grasspaw her claws aching for flesh and her teeth craving blood she wasn't one to pull any punches and this was her reasonably sane, the only cat she was truly gentle with was her little Rabbit...her fur dusted with the stars... just out of reach in Starclan, Rainshadow had probably forgotten a monster like her anyhow

Grasspaw felt Snakeheart grabbed her and bite her. She yelped in pain but then lashed out at her clwas out and bite her back. She eyes glowed as she kept aiming lashes at Snakeheart. She broke away and got down low. She jumped up and tried to land on Snakehearts back. She hissed her claws out craving to feel flesh. Her mouth open so she could catch her fur if she didn't make it. She waited to land on her back.

Snakeheart rolled to the side and hissed a darkness in her eyes as her own twisted mind began to warp and change, this was an enemy and enemies must be dealt with Snakeheart pounced with her claws out hoping to make a hit somewhere on Grasspaw, her blood pounding furiously through her body almost as if she were alive again

Grasspaw's eyes glowed bright red. She felt Snakeheart's claws strike her side. She yelped a little but then shook herself quickly. She was mad now, really mad, mad enough to kill. She felt alive, like her life before this was pointless. She yowled out in complete anger and then gathered as much power as possible and then sprang forward, her blood stained claws out. She waited for her claws to reach Snakeheart or for them to miss her.

Snakeheart felt her apprentice's claws dig into her and she hissed gripping the ground with her claws before attempting to shake the other cat off using all her might to try and dislodge the living cat from her ghostly fur if only to attack again

OOC: I don't think her eyes can actually turn red you might want to take that up with a staff member and also I don't think her claws can get blood stained so easily considering she's just an apprentice and this was the first time she actually hit Snakeheart

Vinepool, cats' eyes can not change colour, nor can a newly apprenticed cat have bloodstained claws. This is considered a 'mary sue' character and is not allowed.
