Nightfire was walking between the dead trees, everything seemed so busy in dark forest these days, something big was coming she could feel it in her bones as her paws crossed the darkened ground, she reached the dark pound and felt a strange pull, another cat? Things were busy indeed.

Whitepaw woke up, he was somewhere new. Usually his dreams didn't make any sense but the older apprentice knew that he was actually thinking in this dream. It was he was actually awake and could move his own body to his will. It was odd but Whitepaw liked it. He stretched his muscles and shook out his short pelt. He dug his claws into the ground just to make sure he was thinking straight and just in case he ended up needing to use them. He looked around wondering where he was, it seemed dark. but for some reason he could see perfectly fine. He went to find out there was some strange pull that seemed to almost guide him where he wanted to go. So he just followed it. Padding off into the unknown.

Nightfire could see in the black water now, it was a apprentice, another one, if that kept happening she would train a army of them in no time at all. The she cat got up and started to walk to where he was supposed to be, everything looked the same in the dark forest but if you lived there long enough you grew to knew that everything was different, even if just a little.

It was not too long before she found the dark brown apprentice walking through the dead forest, she approached eyes focused on him and body tense ready to fight if needed. "Hello there, welcome to the Dark Forest, I must ask, what are you doing here?"

Whitepaw felt like he was walking in circles everything looked the same but he could tell that it was all different. He had no idea what it was but he was drawn to continue forward. Finally a figure came into view, he stepped forward and saw a cat. He had no idea who this cat was or what was going on, but the large apprentice didn't show that in his amber eyes. He looked at the cat in front of him and waited he felt like she was going to say something. Then she did. Dark forest, huh? So this is what it looks like. The brown tom thought to himself. He knew what the dark forest was but that really didn't bother him, he wasn't scared that he shown up here. Who knows maybe he was born to find this place eventually. The tom just narrowed his eyes and said, "I'm not sure, I woke up and then I felt this pull and it led me to you. So explain that to me."

"You didn't woke up, you are sleeping." She meowed stating the obvious fact. "When you wake up I won't be there I promise." Nightfire chuckled moving her whiskers up and down. "Well you could have come here for any reason really, but it's probably bacause you are a not so good cat." The large she cat purred wondering his specific reason herself. "So tell me, what you did to bring you here?"

Whitepaw listened to the she-cat in front of him. He was taking in all the words that she was saying very carefully. He needed to know everything about this place, he wanted to know why he felt like he belonged here. His claws dug into the ground and his muscles rippled under his short brown fur. He clenched his jaw so he would speak with out coming up with the perfect come back to the cat in front of him. Then when she purred, Whitepaw blinked at her, this she-cat wanted to know why he was brought here. Clearly the apprentice had no idea, this is where he ended up. Whitepaw said, "I have done nothing to bring me here. but I am quite curious on what you do here she-cat. I have heard some rumors but I never tend to believe in them."

"Rumors are dangerous stuff dear apprentice." She replied eyes focusing into his. "My name is Nightfire, I can be whatever I want to be." She laughed gracefuly. "I'm dead, there are no rules here, no limits." The she cat meowed her eyes piercing into his. "The question is, what you want me to be? I know you felt that pull too, it was bringing you to me for some reason." Nightfire purred curious. "Why is that I wonder... Maybe you need a helping paw with something."

He listened watching this she-cat in front of him. It was like he was taking in every single movement she made. His amber eyes were focused entirely on this she-cat, which he now had a name for. Nightfire. "I'm not afraid of rumors, or anything to be exact." Then Whitepaw took as step close to the dead warrior in of him and set his amber gaze on her. "I want you to be yourself Nightfire." Then Whitepaw gave this she-cat a smirk, flicking his tail back and forth he said, "Maybe I do if you are offering what I desire. Of course." Then the apprentice chuckled, "Because if you can be anything you want here, why can't I, Whitepaw, be something I want to be as well."

She purred pleased. "Thats probably why you are here, to be what you want to..." Nightfire thought for a little while and then smiled brightly, nothing like the place surrounding her at all. "And I can help you to reach your goals if you want, I was a warrior before coming here and I might say, a very good one." The she cat meowed eyes full of promises to the apprentice.

Whitepaw stopped flicking his tail back and forth and he just smiled at this cat. He liked her, well the way she almost seemed to talk to him. It was like the two cats were tiptoeing around one another. Whitepaw enjoyed someone that thought on the same page as he did. As of right now of course all he wanted to get to was to his warrior ceremony. He wanted to be given a name that made him sound as strong as he is. As of right now when he though of his name it disgusted him, even though he was an apprentice others should fear him, they should give him a little more respect. He was the hardest working apprentice, knowing all the answers and he practice his battle moves daily. but he just wanted more, he felt like his mentor doesn't teach him much of battle moves because he will take them to much to heart. He just didn't care someone had to protect his clan, and that was going to be him.

Whitepaw nodded to Nightfire, "Nightfire I accept your offer."

The she cat smiled eyes shinning with the possibilities. "So I must ask, what's you name dear apprentice?" Nightfire purred moving her tail side to side, if he was there, he had a reason, and she was totally going to use it to both their favors. "And your clan of course, I need to know what to teach you." She smiled wicked.

Whitepaw could see the dead warriors eyes shining. He was getting more excited to find out what he would be doing here. The brown apprentice was ready to get moving. He wanted to know the whole Dark Forest like it was his own clan's territory. Plus he wanted to see if other cats were here. He knew that there probably was but he was ready to show them up and he was going to be the best warrior the Dark Forest and Sunsetclan had ever seen. He said, "My name is Whitepaw, and I am from Sunsetclan."

I am Whitepaw, the next best warrior in all the clans.

"Nice to meet you Whitepaw." She purred and touched nose with the apprentice. "Do you want to start now? What did your mentor taught you already?" The she cat asked and started to lead him to the pool of black water that was the center of the dark forest.

Whitepaw touched noses with Nightfire and he felt this surge of energy through him. He padded after Nightfire he watched as he was being lead towards a black pool of water. He looked down into it and he saw his own reflection but it was distorded in a way. He wanted to touch the water with his paw but he just turned back to Nightfire and answer her questions, "Why not there no point since I traveled all the way here. My mentor has taught me mostly hunting skills we have started battle skills and I practice everyday usually."

The she cat purred pleased. "Well thats good, we can start with something more interesting than the basic." Nightfire smiled waving her tail side to side. "Would you like some fight trainning or hunting?" She asked looking expectantly at him.
