The she cat moved his whiskers while thinking hard, well she had no idea how much time she had spent walking alone by the forest, the female had been too deep in grief to register the pass of time. "Well, honestly I don't know." She meowed a sorry smile of her features. "I was in pretty bad shape when Mudpaw found me, he said I would have died in two or three days if no one had came upon me" The she cat chuckled the situation had not been fun but she wanted to make the moment lighter. "You have been a loner all your life?" Moonflower asked curious.

Kodiak just watched the dark tabby and smiled slightly. He liked talking to her she was nice, and well the only warrior he had meet. He really didn't know how to react but he knew one thing. That he was glad that he lived in the forest and not on this mountain. but he just watched the other she-cat with the clear blue eyes and almost felt bad for the she-cat. He was glad that she was doing better now, it was a good think her son found her. He just nodded his head looking back on where they were going he had no idea where they were or how close to the border they were at. but he continued the conversation anyways by answering her question. "I have been one my whole life, My mother was what you would call a kittypet for a while but she didn't like her twolegs so she left them."

The warrior raised one eyebrow at the white male. "No surprise she left the two legs they are aweful, loud and they stink." She huffed softly but a playful smile on her lips said that she didn't mean any offense with her words. "but you never thought about travelling with someone or joinning a group of some kind?" Moonflower asked curious her eyes seeing that they were not much far from the border now. "We are nearly there now." She meowed kindly to the loner.

Kodiak just laughed at the comment that the warrior gave back at him. It was true his mother really didn't talk much about her kittypet life but what she did he could tell that she never liked it and he was glad that she wasn't still a kittypet because he wouldn't be here. He just blinked his eyes at her next question. He just shrugged and said with a clear voice, "Not really I enjoying being free. Plus when not being loyal to a group I actually get to pick my friends and I'm not being disloyal you know?" Then he just looked forward seeing familiar things and he just nodded at the warrior.
