January Gathering {2015!!!} - Leaf-Fall -

[Clemintine]

Pebblestar lead the way as the moon slowly began to peek over the tree tops, however, it looked much higher standing on a mountain, when she reached the bottom the moon was no longer visible and her coat blender in quite well with the darkness. The she-cats light green eyes gave off a dim glow as she trotted through the forest and towards the pond of truce. She glanced beside her and hoped to see her new mate, this would be the first gathering they would go together as mates, she felt her whisker twitch and glanced forward in time to see the pond of truce before her.

The leader of TalonClan leaped onto the large boulder, taking her place before her Clan, perhaps tonight more cats would show up, she had spoken to her Clan and told them all not to say a word about Duskflame. She herself would be watching them, if the other Clans new TalonClan had no medicine cat.. well.. Pebblestar lifted her chin and glanced up at the dark sky wondering what Midnightstar was doing.

The tom was walking slowly with his clan mates, so many things had happened and now they had a gathering to endure, things were not easy on anyone or so it seemed, the large cat looked over his shoulder just to see a white she cat there. "Oh hello Morningsky." He meowed happily.

-Morningsky-

A queen going to the gathering? Yes that was a very true statment in her case, Morningsky was watching Lionpaw from a certain distance but her eyes never really left him, the apprentice still had dreams and woke up hurt but always lookinh stronger and more and more confident, she was being nearly consumed by worry when Falconfall called her. "Hello." she replied shyly a small and not so true smile on her face.

The she cat was walking proudly her head held high, her clan was strong and she had all her faith in it, doesn't matter what Duskflame had done Talonclan was not going to fall of that she was more than sure, Pebblestar led the way firm without letting anything take her down, Quailtail admired the leader for that.

-Bluelightning-

It was his first gathering as a warrior, the white cat didn't knew exactly how to act or what he should do so he simple stick near his friends and hoped things would run smooth for them all.

[Falcon]

Lionpaw walked into the gather his head held high and his eyes alight with confidence, he was still a little sore from his training in the Dark forest but he wasn't going to miss the chance to go to the gathering, even if he had to find his limp from his mothers piercing gaze

[Sand]

Fangstar led his clan to the gathering he walked slowly. A few days ago he had found Thunderfang dead who had been the former leader of Whisperclan. Now he wasn't to quick to trust those who weren't in his clan not that he knew the cats who had killed Thunderfang. All he knew was that they had smelled like rogues so he had brought back the rule Thunderfang had put in place when he had been leader. As of now he would no longer accept outsiders insider his clan and he wouldn't be to easy on cats who broke the warrior code anymore.

The tom led his clan into the glaring and he noticed that Talonclan was already there. He kind of respected Pebblestar in some ways but he knew that he might have to be more wary towards her. He flicked his tail for his clan to go socialize or whatever they wanted to do before he bounded towards the leaders rock. In a few bounds he took a flying leap and landed on top of the leaders boulder and gave Pebblestar a curt nod.

"Pebblestar," he meowed his mew was polite but was also cool. Not waiting for her to say anything he looked back over the gathering at his clan mates.

Rosepaw followed Talonclan into the gathering and looked at the Whisperclan cats with hostile eyes. This was her first gathering and she didn't want to converse with any of those other clan cats. She didn't trust any cat who wasn't apart of her own clan.

[Clemintine]

Soong Fangstar came into Pebblestars view, his not so friendl hello had her twitch an ear, she simply smiled, even if he couldn't see it, and nodded at him before speaking a happy "Hello Fangstar" She glanced out watching as WhisperClan flooded in and began to mix with TalonClan. Her nerves cause her whiskers to twitch slightly, she just hoped her clan didn't have big mouths, otherwise they could have a war on their hands very quickly.

Pebblestar knew how many Clans hated TalonClan, they wanted badly to make the Clan stop being..well a Clan. Pebblestar sat up straight giving glances to her Clan.

WhisperClan
Mousepaw bounded into the pond of truce, this was his first time going to a gathering and he was rather excited to see all of the new cats, however, we he ran past the trees and into the open he noticed only TalonClan was there. He mumbled in annoyance, he didn't want to have to wait for the other stupid Clans. The tom was slim but had long legs making him rather tall and his paws were large for his size showing that when he became a warrior he would be much larger. Mousepaw had tabby fur that was short, he also had deep orange eyes with a tint of green in the corner of them. He was also deaf in his right ear but that didn't stop him from harassing the she-cats.

Featherheart added a bit of snow to the party, her bright white fur showed up from behind the tree as she followed her Clan to the gathering. Her feathery tail held high and her deep green eyes stared forward. She hadn't been into a lot since the last time she was here, her ears twitched slightly, what would she do if she every came across that crazy tom that had saved her and then tried to kill her? Featherheart ears laid back at the thought and the memory of Wolfshadow attacking Birchflame, to him it did look like a very... sexual situation from afar but he had only saved her and they had not discussed the matter yet.

Featherheart glanced up at her leader and felt a moment of guilt, was there so much he didn't know? The she-cat glanced away as she sat down rather far to the back of the gathering.  Her brilliant green eyes glanced around wondering where the deputy was.

[Lightningtrail]

Goldenstar had been dreading the gathering for a half of the moon. She was capable of going, much to her disappointment, despite the fact that not all of her wounds were fully healed. She wished she could have just stayed back, but she was a leader and it was her duty to go. Additionally, she had to warn them about Sachiko, the evil rouge who had taken her life in revenge for something she did not do. Goldenstar knew she had a grudge towards StormClan, but if she hated another she did not want any apprentices to get caught in her grasp.

The she-cat was visibly scarred. Small scars lined her back and sides, but those were not the worst of them. A long scratch passed across her eye, and it was a surprise that the eye itself had not been damaged. Her muzzle was slightly crooked, and scars lined her muzzle. It would be obvious at first glance that something dreadful happened to her. She hoped that the leaders would have enough decency to not give her any weird looks.

The she-cat finally reached the gathering spot, StormClan in tow, when she stopped to look out at who was there before she actually arrived. Pebblestar and Fangstar. The golden cat gave a sigh. She really did not like Pebblestar, and had wished that she would have arrived earlier than her. Fangstar seemed to have a similar method of leading as her, or at least he did before she added several more rules to StormClan's list. All loners must be chased off immediately, cats with mates outside of StormClan are at a risk of being banished, Sachiko should be avoided at all costs... The leader shook her head and gave the signal for her clan to advance into the clearing to mingle or whatever they did. She glanced behind her, searching for her new deputy, Smokeshade, and then leapt into the clearing herself. She bounded easily onto the boulder, and turned the other two leaders. "Hello, Pebblestar, Fangstar," She mewed stoically, giving each of them a nod before sitting down and turning to watch the cats below them.

The small long-furred tabby trekked the familiar way to the Pond of Truce, a journey she had taken often in her 20 moons. She had always enjoyed the gatherings, seeing the clans mix for one night - a night of peace, a night to share information that could benefit others. Being a social cat at heart, Vineheart had always enjoyed the interaction with other warriors even if one day they did have to fight on opposite sides.

This however was different.

This was her first gathering as deputy for Sunsetclan, and Ratstar wasn't to be joining them.

Leading Sunsetclan down the last way to the gathering site, Vineheart saw that Stormclan, Whisperclan and Talonclan were present, the respective leaders already upon the large boulder before her and the clan cats mixing below. Taking a deep breath to still her nerves, Vineheart flicked her plumed tail and gestured that they go and socialize, she herself turning and moving towards the large rock. Vineheart's golden eyes glowed in the dim light and her deep scars across her once pretty face were evident - telling that she too had had a bad run in. It only took one look at Goldenstar to tell that a similar fate had played out for her. The same fate? Or was there another loner to worry about? She guessed she would find out.


Upon reaching the large rock, Vineheart bunched her legs and leapt up to join the others, her wounded shoulder crying out with her quiet but solid landing. She gritted her teeth against the pain as she dipped her head to the 3 leaders before her. "Pebblestar, Fangstar, Goldenstar. Apologies on behalf of Ratstar as she could not be here tonight. Instead, I will represent Sunsetclan at this gathering." Vineheart was astounded with the contrast in atmospheres on leader's rock. While once she would have been unaware, busy socializing own below,she was now thrown into an almost hostile environment of which she had not played a part in until now. With a small smile, Vineheart took a seat on the edge to focus on her present Sunsetclanners.

The handsome red and white tabby tom follows along after his mentor Morningsky and the rest of Talonclan. His golden amber gaze scanning his surroundings curiously though he remains silent, having never been one for chit chat. As he moves along though his sturdy paws silent on the ground he cannot help but notice his mentor was acting rather off. She kept staring at another apprentice one who's name escaped him. The look in her eyes seemed to be worry or perhaps concern? He was unsure and not comfortable enough to ask her out loud. Instead he merely keeps silent as Talonclan arrives at the pond of truce. Once there he was gratefully distracted by the commotion.



Starlingpaw of Stormclan


Starlingpaw moved through the darkness in a swift manner, his entire body thrumming with excitement. He just couldn't help but grin as he followed the rest of his clan along. This was his first ever Gathering at the pond, and he was beyond excited about it. All day long the tom had been thinking about it and wondering what might happen. Would the clans behave? He'd heard past gatherings had gotten heated and couldn't help but wonder if this one would too. but as he raises his mossy gaze to the star pelt he finds it cloudless, the moon gleaming like a beacon. Giving his tar black pelt an alluring glimmer. Perhaps all would be quiet? He thought slightly bummed out. He'd never been in a fight against another clanner and was a tad too eager for his first one. Reminding himself it was a nigh of truce he takes a deep breath and shakes away his angst.
Arriving in the clearing, Starlingpaw's jaw flaps open as he gaps in wonder. Cats milled all around the clearing there fur smelling odd to the tom. Mossy green eyes round he moves further into the clearing trying to keep out of the way. His eyes roam to the large boulder that seemed to draw the attention. His eyes flick upwards and he notices four cats sitting on top. He immedialtey recognized Goldentsar but isn't sure about the other three. " What leaders are those?" He asks to no one in particular. Hoping a cat nearby might answer.

Goldenflame of LeafClan:

The golden tabby led a large group of cats into the Pond of Truce. It seemed that several of the Clans were already there, but they weren't the last clan to arrive, and thank StarClan for that.

She entered and headed towards the boulder that the leaders sat on. The boulder she had always dreamed of sitting on. She leaped up quite gracefully for her first time, and looked over to Pebblestar, Goldenstar, Fangstar, and another cat she didn't know. Good, maybe she wasn't the only deputy to be stepping in for their leader. Goldenflame dipped her head to the leaders, "Greetings. I apologize that Froststar couldn't be here tonight, but I have been asked to stand in for him. I am Goldenflame, the new deputy of LeafClan."

Brackenlight of TalonClan:

Brackenlight was excited, but then again, when wasn't she? She had a reason this time though. This was her first gathering as a warrior! She needed to find Bluelightning. She didn't know if Mudpaw was allowed to come tonight, but maybe her other friend would know. Brackenlight hopped around the pond of truce, looking for the white tom.

Raindapple of Talonclan:

Bounding after her leader the marbled white she-cat stood out starkly against the muted dark shades of her clan members. Light blue-green eyes looked about her delightfully and her fur bristled in bountiful energy. She loved Gathering's! It was an excuse to get off that the terrible mountain and join the real world. The Clans didn't know how lucky they were that they were so close to one another rather then cloaked in isolation like Talonclan was. Taking a deep breath she scented the mixture of the Clans. Scenting a particularly familiar smell as of late the she-cat padded towards a Whisperclan feline. "Hello! I'm Raindapple of Talonclan, pleasure to meet you." She meowed, her pretty face friendly.

Cherrypaw of Leafclan:

A long plumed red tail showed where the Medicine Cat Apprentice was like a tiny beacon as the she-cat wove her way through the crowd of cat's. Leaf green eyes glistened calmly as she followed her mentor into the clearing. It had been several moons since she had began her journey as a medicine cat and she was confident in her abilities as a medicine cat. No longer was she scrambling to think of herbs or second guessing herself. She was now moving with sure paws in each case. "Bluewing, would it be alright If I mingled with the other cat's tonight rather then the medicine cats?" She asked politely, her soft voice barely making it over the growing buzz of cat's voices. Although she would love to meet up with Mintpaw of Sunsetclan she felt like she needed to familiarize herself with some of the other cat's of the Clans.

Nightshadow of Stormclan- Nightshadow stayed apart from the rest of her clan, and quickly began to blend into the group of cats. this was her first gathering, and she hoped to learn new things about how the other clans acted. She saw a group of cats nearby, and slipped close enough to them to hear what they were saying. She let her black fur blend into the shadows near the cats,and settled down, ready for a night of listening.

Cherrypaw of SunsetClan

Cherrypaw could barely contain her excitement. This was her first gathering as an apprentice! The small calico cat silently walked with SunsetClan into the gathering.

Once she reached the Pond of Truce, she looked around, her eyes filled with fascination. She thought she would never see this many cats in one place! Some of the cats were already talking with each other. Cherrypaw watched a group of apprentices chatting with each other, hoping that one of them would notice her and approach her.

Frostpaw of WhisperClan

A beautiful fluffy white she-cat calmly padded into the Pond of Truce. She couldn't stand watching those new apprentices look around with those big eyes. Frostpaw hated those younger cats. Always so noisy and annoying. 

Out of the corner of her eye, Frostpaw saw some cats giving her Clan hostile stares. What was with those cats? She glared at one of them. The cat averted her eyes. That was a lot better. 

Frostpaw reached her favorite spot, the exact same spot where she sat in the past few Gatherings. She sat down and licked her paw, tring to look for a handsome tom she could flirt with

Embergaze of LeafClan

Embergaze padded into the Pond of Truce, giving the cats from the other Clans hostile glares. It has always been like that in her past Gatherings. Enter, glare at cats, sit down, ignore everyone and listen to the leader's reports. 

The tortoiseshell she-cat sat down far from the other cats and wrapped her tail around her paws. She looked at the leaders and patiently waited for the leaders to start.

Stormfeather~ The grey she-cat had a faint frown on her face as she followed her leader. The news she had given to the rest of the clan was indeed worrying. A loner attacking, and literally killing her leader. The new ban on queens carrying kits from other clans. Chasing rogues and loners out of the territory whenever they saw them. It was not exactly going to be taken very well by the rest of the clan.

but Goldenstars injuries where what she worried about the most. She respected her leader a lot. With all that had happened it was hard not to. So as she padded into the gathering, she forced a grin on her face. This soon eased into a more believable one as she spotted the rest of the clans. The rest being Whisperclan and Talonclan. She wondered where the rest of the clans were? Her mind was soon at ease when the final clans began to show. Only Midnightclan was left.

Birchshade~ Birchshade stalked into the Pond of Truce, slinking towards the front as the rest of the clans gathered. She was rather interested to see that two of the leaders where unable to show their face. They were probably to cowardly. Unlike our leader. She thought, grimacing at the thought of what could have happened to the other clans leaders.

The last thing they needed was another war.

-Talonclan-

Fireheart~ Firehearts ember fur was glistening slightly as he entered the Pond of Truce. He gave a nod towards Wildclaw and the two brother separated in search of conversation. He drooped slightly as he realised that none of the other clans were there yet. Figures the other clans would be late. He almost went over to chat with some of his own clan members when Whisperclan joined the party. Next was Stormclan. He flicked his ear in surprise as he saw the Stormclan leader. but that dropped his mind as the rest of the clan poured into the pond.

He eyed the chatting apprentices, they were quite noisy this gathering. Turning to gaze at a few stray apprentices, he wondered if any of them would be willing to chat to a Talonclan warrior.

Fangstar//Whisperclan//Leader

Fangstar watched as Goldenstar arrived with Stormclan. He could see that they other leader seemed to have been hurt since the last gathering but his face was unreadable as she joined him and Pebblestar on the leaders rock. He didn't ask her how she had gotten injured because it wasn't any of his business and he had other stuff on his mind. He was done showing compassion towards the other clans because they would just walk all over him if he showed them compassion.

When the Stormclan leader greeted him his gaze flicked over to her. "Hello, Goldenstar," he meowed coolly his usual friendliness was gone from his mew but his mew still had a polite edge to it. It was pretty much the same greeting he had given Pebblestar. He wouldn't let the other clans think that they could just walk all over him. Letting his gaze leave Goldenstar he noticed that both Leafclan and Sunsetclan were being led by cats he didn't know. He lashed his tail but didn't say anything when the two cats joined him, Goldenstar, and Pebblestar on the leaders rock.

"I hope Ratstar and Froststar are okay," he grunted when the two cats introduced themselves. He didn't greet them just returned his attention to what was happening in the clearing. He couldn't remember if his mate had showed up or if she had stayed behind in the Whisperclan camp. He wondered what she would think of his personality towards the other clans. He also wondered if he should tell the other clans about Thunderfangs death. 'Probably should those rogues could attack a cat from one of the other clans, and I don't won't the other clans to blame me for knowing about the rogues and not telling them,' he thought.

Bluewng//Leafclan//Medicine Cat

Bluewing went over to the spot the other medicine cats sat and glanced over at her apprentice when she heard the question. "Sure Cherrypaw, just don't be talking when the leaders start their announcements," she told her apprentice. She didn't think she would have to tell her apprentice that but it was still a good reminder to not be talking when the leaders started talking.

Frostpaw of WhisperClan

Frostpaw's ice blue eyes followed the ember tom who looked quite handsome. He looked like he wanted to talk to somecat. 

The white she-cat stood up and strode regally towards the tom. From a distance, he looked like an apprentice, but up close, Frostpaw knew he was a warrior. Apprentices couldn't be that big, right? This was going to be interesting...

Frostpaw sat down in front of the tom and licked her paw. "A pleasant evening to you. My name's Frostpaw. Whats yours?" Frostpaw asked.

((I don't think Cherrypaw would want to approach a warrior from another Clan, so I'll just use Frostpaw))
