Falcon
The sun was slowly rising, currently sitting on the horizon lazily. The camp was still and silent, with exceptions for the feel early risers who where quietly chatting among themselves and getting ready for patrols and such. Among those few cats who decided to wake up with the sun, was Beetlerock. The warrior stepped out of his shared den, his pelt sleek and groomed like it normally was. The morning was pretty gloomy, but exciting non the less. The sky was covered in a blanket of clouds, blocking out quite a bit of sunlight, making it colder than it already was. The warrior really didn't care though. He was still very young, being only 14 moons, so he really didn't expect to get a apprentice so early in his warriorship. Sadly, he had to hold off on the tour of the territory with his apprentice yesterday, as he had been busy with a few others chorus. Plus, he figured it would be better to start when she was fully rested. Beetlerock stepped though the snow to the apprentice den, his normally silent paw steps now making sharp, crisp noises as he walked over to his destination. Once he reached said den, he poked his head in, careful not to wake anyone but Rabbitpaw.
His long ears were alert, his eyes glowing, and a cocky smirk on his face. Spotting the female he had spoken to last night, he stalked over to her, dodging any stray paws and tails here and there. His eyes wondered over all the apprentices, taking in all of their appearances and scents. He knew most of them by name and attempted to name all of them so if he talked to them later he wouldn't make a fool out of himself and call them the wrong name. Turning his focus back on his apprentice, he realized that they needed to hurry if they wanted to both tour the territory and learn to hunt or fight. Once he was in front Rabbitpaw, he whispered to her sleeping form and nudged her shoulder carefully.
"Rabbitpaw, please wake up. We are going to train today. C'mon. Get up and clean that pretty little pelt of yours and we can go." He meowed softly, nudging her once more before stepping away. He sat down, wrapping his long black tail over his matching paws. Beetlerock took a minute to admire his handsome pelt, taking in every swirl and spot and noticing how tall and lean he was. He purred softly before casting his gaze back at Rabbitpaw.
