Cinderkit bounded out past her mother and into the clearing with a mischievous twitch of her whiskers. She wanted to have some fun today, and what would be more fun than to do something they had never been allowed to do before? Of course, she had not told her mother of her plans, because she didn't think she would let them have the fun, but wait until her eleven siblings heard, and maybe some of their denmates! Looking around to make sure no older cat was watching, she darted over to the quietest part of the clearing and signaled for her siblings and any other kits to follow her. "I got an idea!" She whispered, "Today, let's go explore the medicine cat's den!" She announced eagerly. "We haven't been in there before, so maybe there are secrets in there they won't let us see! Maybe they are hiding something special inside…"

Snakekit had reluctantly left the den to follow Cinderkit, often wanting to claim the attention from his mother, but at the same time he didn't want to be in the middle of a moss bed surrounded by so many kits for longer than he had to. He was so small, that they always squished him, and it wasn't fun! Plus, it was nearly impossible to get the attention of his mother sometimes when all of his other siblings were chatting, playing and chirping at the same time. The dark tom kit looked curious as Cinderkit looked around and then signaled him to follow her to an odd part of the clearing. He followed her and listened silently, then pricked his ears. "The medicine cat's den! " He repeated in surprise. It was true, they were never allowed near the den at all. "What could be in there? Do you think its a giant mouse? Or the biggest moss ball ever made?" He swished his tail as he thought about what could possibly be so secret that they weren't allowed to see it. "Ok, I want to find out," he decided with a nod. Wait until they found out the secret. Wouldn't it be great to know what it was the warriors were hiding from them?

Ravenkit felt relieved that Cinderkit and Snakekit were the only ones to have walked from the den. She liked her siblings, or so she thought, she was too young to know a negative emotion. That being said sometimes Cinderkit's voice made her want to wince, but not today! Her sister had a great idea. 

"The Medicine Cat's Den?! I say yes!" The black she kit spoke quietly but very animated. Finally, something different! Looking at her brother Ravenkit felt very pleased to have someone more like her to enjoy this adventure with. Green eyes shinning with mischief, Ravenkit walked up to Snakekit and curled her tail with his. "Ready brother?" Purring in delight the little she-kit hoped it would just be the three of them. Being on the smaller side she got lost in the shuffle easily and quite frankly anymore kits and they might get caught! 

"Do we know if Sparrowleaf is out?" The last thing she wanted was to have their fun ruined within a matter of moments because the medicine cat was still milling about in the den. Taking a quick glance over her shoulder, Ravenkit smiled happily that no one else had emerged.

"Pfft, of course Sparrowleaf isn't! I'd make sure of that, wouldn't I?" Cinderkit stated matter-of-factly. Well, she actually hadn't checked to see herself, but she didn't think she had seen any other cats come out recently, when she had thought of the idea. That meant Sparrowleaf had to be out, right? Even if the den wasn't empty, she guessed that it wouldn't be too hard to just run away and not go in at all. Or, they would just have to find a way to distract the medicine cat so that they could sneak in undetected…
"So, it looks like we got a pretty good patrol so far. Well, unless other kits come to join, but I think we can start without them. What we need to do first is get to the medicine cats den without any cat seeing us. We have to be sneaky, just like…. just like warriors sneaking up on enemy clan territory! We can't get caught before we even adventure," Cinderkit instructed with a prick of her ears and a wave of her tail. "Since it is my idea, I'll be the leader!"

"Hey! How come you get to be the leader? I want to be the leader!" Snakekit hissed in complaint at his sibling and waved a paw, "It doesn't matter if it is your idea!"

"Yes it does! It's my idea, so I get to be leader!" Cinderkit hissed very close to Snakekit's face, the two practically muzzle-muzzle, though she had to look down because Snakekit was significantly smaller. "Besides, you're so small! Leader's can't be that small!" She switched back an ear and then stood taller, as if to demonstrate her own size in comparison to him. Clearly, she overshadowed him.

"Urgh, I'm not small! You're just freakishly huge!" Snakekit growled and launched himself at his sister to sink his tiny teeth into her ear. He, however, was easily pushed off onto the ground. "Grr, and you are SO BIG that every cat will SEE YOU when you try to sneak into the den!" He spat. Cinderkit always seemed to know how to push his buttons, and his size was a very sensitive issue. When he wasn't been trampled in the sea of kits that were his litter mates, he was being overlooked and looked down upon for his size. All he wanted to do was get some attention, like seriously! How could a tiny kit of twelve gain notice around here? He was liking the idea of leader and he wasn't going to let Cinderkit push him down again! "Ravenkit agrees too, I bet! Right, Ravenkit?" He turned his gaze to his other sister, waiting for her to agree with him.

Ravenkit felt her lips curl over her tiny teeth. Leaders couldn't be small?! Was Cinderkit crazy? "Being small has nothing to do with being a Leader! It's about brains, you moron." Running at her sister, Ravenkit (who was also on the small side) aimed a paw for Cinderkit's back leg. She'd seen apprentices doing it for mock training. Rolling away from the other two kits the small black she-kit came to her paws and fixed her brother with her green gaze
. "I think Snakekit could be a great leader!" Keeping her voice a low hiss, so not to draw attention, Ravenkit scurried back to Snakekit's side and lifted her tail and head as high as they would go. Even if they were small, the more there were in numbers the better their shot. "If anything we could all just do it together." Her last comment was almost a whisper as if she thought of it last minute but didn't really want to go through with it.

Emberkit pricked his ears at the sound of the Medicine Den. Being a lot younger, he crept out of the nursery and mewed quietly, "Umm, what's the medicine den for?" He was obviously embarrassed at having to ask the question, and tried to avoid looking at the other kits altogether. The young kit was barely half a moon old, noticeably smaller. He'd heard the word 'leader' as well, and he wanted to know why they were arguing about it, but he assumed one question was enough for now. If he was more confident, there would be a flurry of questions escaping his tiny mouth.
but for now, he stood there awkwardly, waiting for an answer.

(( What? Is this site so different from every other site that I'm in that I have to re-learn RPing? That's slightly annoying... I already know how to RP, and if I do have to relearn it for this site, I'll just stick to WCRPG, where I'm used to Roleplaying. It didn't seem different when I saw those introduction threads. ))

The difference here is that you have to fill out an application and have it accepted before you may begin roleplaying. This isn't an introduction thread, it's just a roleplay thread.

I can see that you know how to roleplay, but the majority of roleplays (at least on ProBoards) require character applications to be made and accepted before one can begin roleplaying so there is information and a base for consistency for the character.
