All you have to do is post a thread tagging the roleplayer of the other cat involved, wait for their approval, and then wait for a staff member to do the roll and post the result (staff, please tag the roleplayer of the leader in your post, whether the result is caught or safe). After that, everyone involved may discuss what do to do on the thread or in PM.
A proof of purchase is required before the roll can take place.
