ooc: Fleetpaw from Leafclan has wandered onto Sunsetclan territory
---
The moment leaf litter turned to sand the shaggy grey coated apprentice wiggled her toes as the grains slipped between them. Lifting one curiously she peered at the tiny granules that clung stubbornly to the bottom of her pad. Placing it back down she continued her journey on-wards, relishing that she had gotten so far on her own. If only Wolfpaw or Dawnpaw could see her now! She knew Wolfpaw would probably berate her for journeying by herself onto enemies territory, but Dawnpaw would probably compliment her and ask to join. However, she wanted to do this on her own, without the presence of her annoying brother and his best friend. She wanted to show them that she was just as capable as they were, and that she didn't need them. Large pointed ears swiveled on her head wondering how close a patrol was to her, and if she had a shot of playing in the sea before they caught her.
It was freezing due to the icy grasp of Leaf-bare but the waves curled joyfully in front of her. Playing almost with one another before they crashed to shore, and spread out among the sand. Eagerness prickled at her paws and soon enough she was racing full out towards them, wanting to play with the receding water. Jumping on the line she watched it swirl around her toes, before pulling stubbornly back into the massive body of water. Salt clung in her nose and the cry of a seagull in the grey sky above was her only company as the Leafclan apprentice scurried along the sea shore. Her shaggy coat was soon damp from the mist of the water, and sand clung to the grey strands the moment she decided rolling in the dry patches of ground was a good idea; giving her the look of a shaggy wolf even more. She didn't care, she never cared about her appearance, all that mattered was having fun, and she certainly was!
Skittering again after the water moving towards the ocean, she paused, noticing a large collection of rocks that were nestled against one another. Curiosity pricked at her again and she bounded towards them. Poking her nose around them she spotted several brightly coloured animals that had five arms plastered to the rocky surface (seastars). Jabbing one she squealed in delight at the squishy sensation, and continued to bat each one in turn. No wonder Sunsetclan's were considered easy going when they had these silly things to play with! Her game continued for awhile before she grew bored and began to watch a hermit crab find a new shell. Resting her belly against the cold stone, eyes as around as saucer's, she eagerly watched it's journey.
Completely oblivious to the world around her.
