Splash sighed her tail swaying from side. Although she had kits, she needed a group. but she had heard many groups lived in this area. "Kaze." She said looking behind her and picking up him. She brought him over to a bush. This was good for night cover. "Black? Can you grab Lavender? And here comes Kovu." She said smiling at the little kit walking towards her. The white she cat looked around, her. Eyes darting. She could have sworn a noise was around her. "Everyone! Come to me." She called to the family. Splash refused to leave her family alone with a manic. Plus she didn't know if this cat was safe. "Okay." She whispered to herself looking around. There was Kaze, Lavender, Black, and.. Where was Kuvo?! She sighed and hastily looked around, this was probably a superstition. but yet.. Splash looked around for the little body that had waddled after her a minute ago.

"Black? Can you grab Lavender? And here comes Kovu." Splash had mewed. Black nodded silently. The russian blue cat went to pick up Lavender and bring the kit to the bush. He heard a rustle. Black`s ears perked up. "Huh? What happened to Kovu!?" Black mewed in alarm. Black looked at his family very protectively. "If I ever meet the cat who stole my kit..." Black growled menacingly.

Kaze was excited, but confused. The little kit was happy they seemed to be going somewhere new, but at the same time he had no idea where they were going. He didn't made a noise when his mother picked him up and brought him to the bush, but his eyes were looking at his surroundings, trying to learn everything from them.

Something seemed...missing.

"...Brother?"-He mewed,her tail flickering. He could had swore that he was there with them just seconds ago...

Still getting used to the entire idea of walking, Kovu was happily waddling towards his family, when he felt some force pulling him away from them. Compelled to investigate, he quickly waddled away from his mom, dad, and siblings. Kovu had been walking for a while when he sniffed the air. He couldn't smell his family, but could definitely smell... something else. Letting out a little squeal, he felt something - some cat - push him, and he stumbled, falling into a mud-filled ditch. He landed on his right paw, which let out a loud crack, and collapsed. Kovu's head was throbbing, and his paw hurt. He let out a tiny mew of help, feeling mud start to sink over him, and fill his ears, nose, and mouth. Becoming alarmed, Kovu let out a cry for help. And another. And one more. Tired, scared, and in pain, Kovu felt hopeless, and gave up, laying limp in the mud, which was quickly starting to drown him, and whimpered quietly.

Even though Lavender was hidden away in the bush, she could still hear Kovu's yowl of terror. The mere sound caused the bluish-gray she-cat to shiver in a panic. She didn't know what she could do that could help her suffering brother. Instinct drove her away from the bush, and she waddled out. Not wanting to have the same fate as Kovu, Lavender grew extremely cautious, ears as pricked as high as they could possibly go. She stayed alert for any signs of danger. Suddenly, the scent of another cat, unfamiliar, hit her, and she quickly scampered back to her father. Looking up, she mewled, "Kovu hurt."

The feline stepped lightly through the forest, his soft forest green eyes met of the same shade as the greenery surrounding him. His walk brought him forward, searching for anything really. Enemies, recruits, even to the extent his future territory for his rogue group. Still he held an endless search for the perfect territory, where he would live leading his rogue group. but his real hope was to find true recruits for the group, it's name forbidden to any ears then his own mind, and Phasmatis. Who shared his mind. That bastard... the tom could not help fut say, as it was always Phasmatis's fault anything would happen at all, really. Whenever the insane piece of mouse-dung spoke, it just gave him the feeling of pure, infuriating and more animosity actually. Well, I may be a bastard, but I am starting to catch your  lieutenant! The growl of Phasmatis echoed in his head, and that set him over the edge. Phasmatis was such an annoying anomaly that had been created so long ago, but he knew it still made him...arduous, as he has grown plain tired of it all. Every single day he got a good word on what he had done wrong, and how he needed to fix it, which was followed by some smart-ass comment.

but that was when he heard a light squeal. With a quick turn, he stared for a split second in awe as a cat pushed a kit into the mud, then disappeared, and a loud snap filed the air, sending a shiver up his spine. Yeah sure, he would not hesitate to fight a grown cat that would hold a threat to him, but a kit? That was the worst, and that cat must hold no honor. 

In a quick leap, he dug his teeth into the kit's scruff and tugged him out of the mud, his gaze still searching at the same time for some sort of family."Hello! Does anyone claim this kit?" His voice pierced the air in a loud tone as his eyes glanced around for some adequate family for the poor scrap of fur.

Splash listened with awe as a voice spoke out, her head swimming. How would he know who's kit it was? She shook her head slowly of course he would! "Over here!" she called. She had quite the adequate family to take her son. "I am sorry to bother you, but is he harmed?" she asked looking for the cat who must have her kit. "Thank you for returning him. He is a naughty little scrap." she said. She felt a pang of animosity walking up alone to a tom who might have hurt her kit. She swallowed but kept walking forward. She stopped when she saw a tom. "Must again, I must thank you for your honesty." she said hastily, still a bit on edge. She looked at the tom expectedly like he knew what to do. but she needed someone to know when she didn't.

Those pitch black ears flicked, and instantly turned to the sound of a cat, a female cat. Possibly the poor scrapes mother? With a flick of his tail, he pushed his way forward, before detecting the she-cat and spotting her with his forest green eyes. In an instant he listened to her words, before he felt his emotions tug at him. Was the kit alright? He did not even know, but the snap he heard...he could only hope not, even Latro held a heart."I do not believe so, dear." His deep voice touched the air as he stared at the she-cat with the uptmost respect, as he could not imagine handling a family. A group yes, but not a family. With a curt nod, he let his eyes finally detect the she-cat, until he set the kit down gently, with a soft thud. He could only hope the thing was alright, as he promised himself long ago he would never hurt a kit, in anyway."Of course! I hope he will be alright-some strange cat appeared and pushed him into some sort of mud, but I am happy he is alive." A soft, charismatic smile lighted up his face as he stared at the she-cat with interest.
