To Our Dear Staff...
Hello, dear staff member! In case you were wondering, this board is here so we can all divide our time and resources on AWRP appropriately to help our members as efficiently and cooperatively as possible.
Co-Administrators: You guys are only missing a few powers (deletion of members, deletion of the forum, and maybe a couple of others), so you guys can pretty much do whatever is requested - moving, locking, and everything else. Unless it's a major forum-wide decision, at this point, I pretty much trust you to do whatever. If you're unsure, ask first, that's fine, but otherwise, you can go with the flow.
Moderators: You, of course, do not have as much power as the co-admins. You can lock, sticky, move, and bump as requested.
Application Checkers: I doubt that you guys will really be needed too much on this board, since the application boards seem to be kept up with pretty well.
When a request is complete, please post on it to confirm, lock it, and move it to the "Completed Requests" sub-board.
MEMBERS: What You can Request and How to Request
Members, be specific in your titles. The title should be as straightforward as possible. If you need an application moved to the Dark Forest board, the title should say something along the lines of "Application to be Moved" with the contents of the post stating where it needs to be moved to and the link to the application.
Applications
1. Application-checking is not to be posted about unless you fall under one of the following categories...
You are a new member* and you have waited more than 24 hours since the application was last checked (or it hasn't been checked in 24 hours).
*A "new member" is defined here as a person who does not have at least one character to play.
You have been waiting for one week since the last check*.
*Did you reply to the application saying you fixed it? EDITING THE POST OR TITLE TO SAY THAT YOU FIXED IT DOES NOT HELP. YOU MUST POST OR WE WON'T KNOW. If the answer to that question is "No", then you may not post an application-checking request.
Application-moving. If you need an application moved to the inactive board, out of the inactive board, or to an afterlife board, you may request that on this board at any time.
Thread-Moving
If a non-application thread needs to be moved, you may post a request on this board for it to be done. The title should say "Thread to be Moved" and the contents of the post should include the year that the thread was started in, what type of thread it is (adoption, plot station, roleplay, etc.), and the link to the thread.
Litter Requests
Given how vicious the staff are about rolling litters, I really don't think this will ever be necessary, but who knows?
If a litter request needs to be rolled because it has remained without staff reply for over 24 hours, a request may be posted. Please title the request "Litter Roll Needed" and include the link in the post.
Store Purchases
If you need a sub-board of any sort made, or anything else that requires a staff member's assistance, please post on this board with an appropriate thread title and a link to the store thread.
Please do not post requests for leaves to be removed. We get to that when we can, but it's not a top priority. For things such as new characters, you do not have to wait for the leaves to be removed to do anything so long as you have the proper amount of leaves to pay for it.
MEMBERS: What this Board is NOT for
1. This board is NOT for asking questions. Please seek out the "Help" board, which is right below this board, or PM a staff member.
2. This board is NOT for making suggestions. That board is right above this board.
3. This board is NOT to harass staff members. You may lump requests into one thread, but do NOT make multiple threads for the same thing.
