She didn't know how long she had been standing there, besides the fact she had already counted 35 ants crawling across the camp. Her heart felt heavy for her leader, she glanced behind her at the spot where Pebblestar had fallen, she remember perking up from the crowd and seeing Bramblestars face, for a moment she swear it looked like he was shocked and full of panic. No one had visited him yet, his mate was gone so she wouldn't becoming to visit. Jayflowers ears laid back as she looked up, his den was only a few fox lengths away but she didn't have a very close friendship with him, he was grieving perhaps he would yell at her?
The long furred Calico got to her paws and walked forward, she passed through shadows created by the tree tops and was soon standing at the entrance to his den. "Bramblestar.. are you in here..? I was about to go hunting and was thinking perhaps you would like to join." The she-cat said it in a soft voice her head lowered while her eyes stared straight ahead waiting for any sign of life. Jayflower had known what it was like to loose someone, her sister had just recently ran away from the Clan to join a rogue group, and while her sister was rather mean it left Jayflower all alone. Her sister had always been the loud and exciting one while she had stuck to her mentor like a good apprentice and didn't make very many friends, although she was sweet and very nice to be around.
She hadn't spoke to very many cats since her sister left but now the Clan was hurting and it would be nice to get out for a bit. Her feather like tail twitched nervously as she tilted her head perking an ear listening for an answer, it wouldn't hurt her feelings if he said no but she felt it would be best for him to get out as well.
