Spottedsoot- Alone for good- rats? what? (XD)

Spottedsoot blinked her blue eyes and ruffled her ashy like fur. She stretched out her tail and her back. She stood and poked her head out of the den, she enjoyed the sunshine and wind against her fur. She was independant and liked it, she stepped out and flicked her ears walking towards the gate to go hunting...Wasnt anybody starving? There was no prey...they had to be. She tratted out and stalked along the undergrowth-searching for movement of prey- her keen eyes scanned near tree roots and under bushes. She twitched her tail and spotted a small plump furry creature scurrying along a root. She crouched, tensed her muscles and waited-staring at her prey- she blinked her blue eyes, unsheathed her claws and let it crawl out of shadows. She tensed for a second and in a flash of fur and flying claws she had a mouse in her jaws. She barried it under the root and hunted again- her senses signaling to a smelly object she moved, finding a large black rock-that smelled like a dead fish. She poked it and a rat head, with its red beady eyes poked out and squeaked snapping at her paws. She leapt back and bolted for the entrance
"RATS!" she squealed and tripped over her paws, falling and landing on her chin- she stopped for a moment to regain her breath.
