but the night is a different story
Ravenpaw was silent as she walked, following the path down from StarClan. She knew that she and her family had likely been forgotten, for it had been many seasons ago that she had died. She was not by any means among the oldest in StarClan, but she was most definitely not a new addition-- any living cat who had known her while she was alive would likely be a very old elder by now. Sighing, the former medicine cat apprentice continued on her way to the Skyfield, wondering if anyone would be there for her to meet. Perhaps her parents had been reincarnated, and that was why she could not find them anywhere in StarClan. After all, she'd died an entire moon or so later than they had-- plenty of time to reincarnate them, and there had been litters expected that season too, if she recalled correctly. Settling to her haunches, the dainty apprentice waited, her crystalline eyes and star-sprinkled pelt seeming to glow.
