The mossy green gaze of the massive grey tabby warrior stared out of the warrior's den, his expression dull and bored. It had been days since he had a good conversation with someone, and the warrior was quite bored. He scanned camp, searching for anyone to have a conversation with, preferably a good one, since many of the cats were quite boring. The bright afternoon light shined into the warrior's den, right into Ripplestorm's green eyes.'Come on. I'm so comfortable and now I have to move?' he thought slightly grumpily, though he was also kind of happy to get out of the boring warrior's den. It was about to make him fall straight asleep.

Pushing himself up with his big, fluffy paws, he slipped out of the warrior's den, his long grey tabby fur making him quite warm under the Greenleaf sun. The strong sunlight flowing down, he glanced up at the light blue sky. His strong musles rippling under his thick fur, he settled down near the middle of camp, still glancing around quite bored for a person to talk to. Maybe make a new friend too.

[Midnight]

"Yo." Riverpaw greeted with a nod of her head to Ripplestorm, coming up from behind him and flicking her tail-tip on his flank. "What's up, Ripplestorm?" The long-furred gray tabby she-cat stood beside the larger tom, blinking warmly at him. Based on the fact that he just came from the warriors' den, Riverpaw assumed that he, too, had just woken up. Riverpaw hadn't even bothered to clean her pelt, so she was a bit of a mess appearance-wise, but that didn't really bother her; in fact, it made her feel more like a warrior. "Heh, looks like we both got up late. I think my mentor came in to wake me up, but I didn't exactly wake up. I spent practically the whole night fishing." Riverpaw mewed, yawning at the end.

Not wanting to talk the poor young warrior to death, Riverpaw shut up, feeling a bit self-conscious at how much talking she did. She hoped he wouldn't yell at her or ignore her. Backing up a few paces, Riverpaw sat down and watched Ripplestorm with wide, almost begging, eyes. She wasn't one for acting feminine, but Riverpaw enjoyed trying out new tricks on other cats to see how they'd react. Her latest idea was to look like an innocent kitten in an attempt to soften them up. These weren't things Riverpaw would do to close friends, but if she were trying to avoid being verbally attacked, she'd do what she could.
