Training Whispers (Open to ALL APPRENTINCES)

Lilypaw finished eating, licking her jaws clean. She began grooming herself. The pale ginger and white tabby couldn't stand it if her fur was dirty. Finishing, Lilypaw looked up. She had already finished training and was quite bored now. Her dark blue eyes scanned the clearing for something to do.

Ice-blue eyes met hers as a tom glanced around from where he was basking in what was left of the sunlight for the day. Icepaw yawned, purring quietly as his eyes gently shut. He was glad that newleaf had finally come. Despite his name, Icepaw preferred the warm seasons over the cold of leaf-bare.

Logpaw spotted his two friends in the clearing. Padding over in excitement, he exclaimed happily, "hi guys! Whatcha doin'? I thought you were training, Lilypaw," he added quietly, hoping that she hadn't skipped; he had heard of many apprentices who'd started doing so. "Anyone want to go for a walk, or something?" he offered.

Lilypaw invited Icepaw over with a friendly flick of her tail. She hadn't really talked to him that much, but he seemed nice enough. "Icepaw, right?" She asked, dark blue eyes kind. "I'm Lilypaw."

She turned her gaze to Logpaw when he came. "Hi Logpaw!" She greeted. Like Icepaw, she didn't know Logpaw well either. "I'm Lilypaw."

Hesitantly, the white apprentice padded over to be with Lilypaw. When she asked his name, Icepaw nodded. "Hello Lilypaw." Casting a glance beside her, Icepaw noticed that Logpaw had come to join in. "Hi Logpaw," he mewed. Not wanting to be the one to start a conversation, the white tom kept quiet, wrapping his tail neatly around his grayish paws.
