OOC: So pretty much Blazepelt is trying some mouse brained ideas. If Liontuft (twine) ever stops by, he'll most likely rebuke Blazepelt )

Blazepelt winced as the thorn poked him. They were sharp but he contined on.A mouse was crawling in the thorns and he intended to get it. He knew that he would have to be extra careful. Blazepelt carefuly moved towards the mouse. It stopped. Wam! ! Blazepelt killed the mouse with one sweep of his paw. He grabbed the mouse with his teeth and found out that he awas stuck. "Great! I'm stuck! SOMEBODY!!! HELP ME!!!" Blazepelt roared.

Cloudpaw was walking slowly, careful to not step on any thorn. The white she-cat heard the roar for help, and looked around. Her green eyes found the scruffy orange tom and she sighed. He had his warrior name already, why was he still acting like an apprentice? She didn't had her full name yet (Even if she was old enough to have one), and she was acting as mature as she could.

"You wouldn't had got stuck if you had moved more slowly"-She mewed, like a queen lecturing one of her kits. Softly, she started to remove the thorns to free him, careful of not hurting the tom in the process. "You were lucky that I was here"-Cloudpaw said, there was a smirk on her voice.

Blazepelt shrugged which resulted into him getting stabbed by the thorns. He tried to look torwards the ground where he had dropped his prey (because if he didn't, his yell for help would be useless). "I guess you're right, but I was trying to hunt. This one, the mouse, was an easy kill,"

"Don't move, you are going to get hurt!"-Cloudpaw hissed, staring at the small wounds the thorns had caused on the tom's pelt. She removed one of the thorns with her teeth, ignoring Blazepelt's reaction. "You are going to have to go to the medicine cat for that...Why are you so stupid?"-She frowned, shaking her head.

"That hurts!" The orange cat mewed in pain. "You are going to have to go to the medicine cat for that...Why are you so stupid?"-Cloudpaw frowned, shaking her head. Blazepelt shrugged. He didn't think he was stupid. Actually, he thought he was smart! "Hey! If I'm so stupid, how did I get that mouse?" Blazepelt countered.

Cloudpaw took a deep breath. "Foxes,lizards and shrews also hunt, Blazepelt"-She mewed, flickering her tail-"The ability to kill a mouse does not makes you intelligent"

She took a look at the wounds that the thorn had done. "Also, don't be a crying kit! I'm only trying to help you here..."-She said, but she was now feeling a little guilty. She knew how much a thorn could sting. Hoping that it would help somehow, she licked it gently.

Blazepelt looked surprised. Huh, I wonder why Cloudpaw cares. Well, then again, she is my clanmate. but why did Cloudpaw come here? Out of all yhe places, why did Cloudpaw come here? Blazepelt dismissed his thoughts. They could wait. "Um, thanks, Cloudpaw," Blazepelt mewed in gratitude.

"You are welcome"-She answered, finishing her work and taking a step back-"Just...Try to be careful next time. With your stupidity, you could even get bitten by a snake and I wouldn't be there to help you"

Even as she called him stupid once again, she smiled briefly. Finally, a clanmate who would thank her. "I was here to hunt as well"-She mewed, keeping her blunt tone-"Maybe we could hunt together, that way you won't get stuck on the thorns again."

Cloudpaw is probably right. but why, in the nme of StarClan, would she want to hunt HERE? Oh well, I could use the company "Sure!" Blazepelt mewed amiably.

Cloudpaw nodded, even if Blazepelt wasn't the brightest of cats two could hunt better than one. "If the thorn scratches start to sting, please tell me..."-She murmured, a little worried that they could get infected or something.

With that hopefully out of the way, she started to walk forward, trying to find a scent she could follow. She glanced behind her to make sure Blazepelt was still fine.

"If the thorn scratches start to sting, please tell me..."-Cloudpaw murmured The flame colored tom nodded. He followed after Cloudpaw more carefully this time. Blazepelt didn't want to get scratched. When Cloudpaw looked back, Blazepelt mewed, "Yeah?"

"...Nothing at all"-Cloudpaw answered, ears dropped. The white she-cat didn't wanted Blazepelt to think she was worried about him.

She continued to search until she saw a movement behind the bushes. "It must be a vole..."-She murmured, and she prepared to leap at it until her green eyes shone with another idea. She sat and pointed with her tail the place where the vole was hiding. "There"-She mewed with a smirk-"Prove me that you can catch something without getting stuck".

Blazepelt grinned bashfully. This will be too easy! The flame colored tom instinctively crouched down into a hunters crouch. He quietly stalked towards the vole. He inched closer to the vole, careful not to scare it off. "Ow!" Blazepelt mouthed. Something prickly had poked him. The thorns slightly moved and the vole scurried off. "Darn it! I almost caught it. Oh well. There's always next time," He cheerfully mewed. Blazepelt stood up, careful not to allow himself to be caught in the thorn bushes.
