Mentors? Oh No That Wont Do (Wolf,Shade)

Deep inside the apprentice on one small next laid two very tall apprentices. stretched out their large paws in each others face. Oakpaw opened and eye and stared at his brother before turning away, Nightpaw grumbled and kept his eyes closed turning away as well. "Have the others gone yet?" Nightpaw mumbled from under his foreleg that was laying across his face. His brother replied as he sat up yawning "Yes the apprentice den is empty... Say brother.. wasn't we suppose to meet with our new mentors today?" There was a moment of silence before the two laughed together. Their voices even sounded alike, twin brother, the only twins in the Clan. Nightpaw was on the right and Oakpaw on the left... 

Err...

Well perhaps Oakpaw was on the right and Nightpaw on the...

Anyways.

Nightpaw let a yawn of his own escape before speaking "Shall we?" clearly they were up to something, a mental link perhaps? Oakpaw laid back down smiling from ear to ear "indeed we shall." Perhaps it would be in the mentors best interest to sleep in as well.

Owlstep, who had been sleeping next to his mate Ivybreeze after her recent return from the nursery, awoke with a large yawn. He blinked open his bluish-green eyes and gently prodded the silver tabby she-cat next to him. "Wake up, love. We have two young cats who are probably waiting for us out there. And I don't mean Owlpaw and Robinpaw." He purred with a small chuckle. The large tom-cat got to his paws and stretched, his jaws opening wide in yet another yawn.
Pricking his ears, he could hear cats beginning to stir around camp - especially two certain brothers in the apprentices den. Creeping out to wait for Ivybreeze, he padded quickly over to the apprentice's den and stuck his head in. "Good morning you two, come on out. Ivybreeze will be around shortly." Owlstep mewed, already dreading trying to tell which cat was his apprentice from the twins. He had no doubt that the brothers may try to trick him and Ivybreeze into training the wrong apprentice.

Ivybreeze was roused, albeit gently, by the removal of her mate's body right beside hers. A lazy green eye flickered open, immediately closing again as the sunlight blinded her. She shut her eyes again.
"...up, love. We have two young cats who are probably waiting for us out there. And I don't mean Owlpaw and Robinpaw." The first few syllables of his words were drowned out in a desperate attempt to sleep again, but his words kept her awake. ...Two young cats to train.
Of course! The twins! Oakpaw and Nightpaw, their new apprentices. If Ivybreeze remembered correctly - she was better with faces than names - Oakpaw was her apprentice. but she couldn't be sure.

Ivybreeze rose, then shook herself to try to wake herself. "Oh yes, those two! Oakpaw and Nightpaw. I'm coming!" she exclaimed, trotting up to Owlstep to match his pace.

Owlstep peered into the Apprentices' Den, while Ivybreeze stood back and waited for them. She would let Owlstep lead where to go.

Nightpaw lifted his head and stared at the entrance watching as a figure began to show up, he then smelled the scent of another tom approaching, clearly it must be their new mentor. Nightpaw lifted to his feet walking out of the den past the tom and then past his mate not saying a word, of course Owlpaw was quick to follow never far being, he walked along side his brother before they turned back around to face their new mentors. They spoke at the same time both smiling "Hello." Now only Nightpaw spoke and then his brother after him "This is Nightpaw" Nightpaw flicked his tail towards Owlpaw, they had decided to switch their names, not that anyone could tell. "This is Owlpaw. Rather, I am Owlpaw he is Nightpaw.. or perhaps I am Nightpaw and he is Owlpaw.. oh my." Clearly they where both jokers not much the mentors could do about it.
