In the [Rain], under the[Shadow]s of the [Golden] [Maple]s

The pretty tortoiseshell apprentice emerged from her den. The soft dawn light shone upon her gleaming pelt, lighting up her golden eye. She yawned before padding slowly towards the fresh-kill pile and taking a plump mouse. Lightningflame worked me so hard yesterday! She stretched her aching bones before carrying her prey to outside the apprentice den. She lay down and took a delicate bite. The warm, savory flavour filled her mouth and she closed her eyes to make the most of it. Mouse is my favourite prey I think, she thought. Squirrels are too fluffy, rabbits are to tough, birds are too feathery and voles are too sweet. She quickly finished the mouse and rolled over onto her back, letting the first rays of sunlight warm her white belly. I wonder what adventure today will bring...

A tan tom padded cheerfully into the clearing. He spotted his friend, Maplepaw, and decided to say hi. Goldenpaw loved being an apprentice! He lived everything about it. It was super awesome. He trotted towards Maplepaw. "Hey, Maplepaw!" Goldenpaw mews. He purrs at the sight of the tortoiseshell she-cat. He felt kinda bored. "Wanna do something today? Maybe we should see if we could get some of the kits/apprentices[Shadow--- and Rain---?] to play with us?" He mewed. Without waiting for her reply, Goldenpaw bounded to the apprentices den/nursery. He entered it and intook the scents. "Anyone wanna play with me and Maplepaw?" Goldenpaw asked in the almost empty den.

Rainpaw was an apprentice, her mentor being Rainhawk. The seal lynx point apprentice was winking off. Nothing had happened to do, nothing interesting at least. She hand't seen Rainhawk, nor had she seen her friends. Rainpaw wasn't hunger, due to the fact that she had eaten before. Now, there was nothing left to do. The apprentice was preparing to slip off until she caught scent of Maplepaw and Goldenpaw. A bright smile was flashed in the direction of her friends as she bolted out of the den. "Hey guys!" Rainpaw chirped. "I am totally bored, let's go do something!" the eager apprentice said.

She stood up hurriedly as she saw Goldenkit approach. Hey Maplepaw. She purred and padded closer. Yes, let's get some others to play with. The tortoiseshell watched and her friend pad over to the apprentice den. She meowed in amusement as Rainpaw bolted out of the den. She bounced over and tapped her on the shoulder with her paw. Tag, your it! She purred before nimbly hopping away.

Shadowkit padded out of the nursery and stretched himself out, he spotted a group of apprentices and watched them curiously, it looked like they were playing tagged, he padded over quickly "can I play?" he ask excitedly hoping to catch the group before they got to into the game so that he could slip in

(Just a note, Shadowkit is actually a girl but he believes himself to be a tom, so have your character react to that if you want, for drama sake or they could not notice I don't mind either way)
