Spidershine was almost floating towards the Mossy Oak. All she could think about was her new mate Beewhisker. She thought beewhisker, oh beewhisker I love you so much. While she was thinking she wasn't paying attention and bumped in to the mossy tree. Brought out of her thoughts she looked at the tree and hissed and said," ouch, that hurt". She look at her chest and saw a small cut. She licked the dripping blood from her pelt and went in to her land of thoughts again. She dozed off.

She woke up maybe 10 minutes later. She listened to the noise coming from the bush. She chuckled and thought here comes cloudpaw. She looked up and said," hey cloudpaw, I hear you". She look dow at her chest to make sure the blood had stopped. She licked it once more and looked up and waited for cloudpw to come.

Cloudpaw just padded threw the forest. He had a chat with the deputy Willowbranch just the other day. Lets just say the deputy was not too happy with him. but that was something that he could deal with. It wasn't his fault his mentor couldn't keep track of him. Plus he was making it a bit challenging for her to find him but still. To be a warrior you have to be aware of your apprentice. He just shook his head and rolled his eyes. His white fur stood out against the green territory around him. He just hopped up over a fallen tree and continued on. Following a trail made by warriors he continued towards the Mossy Oak. His blue eyes scanning around the area. He just came forward. He heard something in the bushes and then a voice. It was Spidershine's voice. Saying something about him. He just narrowed his eyes and came from the opposite direction. He just said, "Spidershine, that wasn't me."

Spidershine looked at cloudpaw and said," oh, I heard willowbranch found out you were staying away from your mentor, sorry about that". She yawned and licked her chest. She looked at cloudpaw again and said," beside willowbranch finding out about you and your mentor how are you". She waited for his answer.

Cloudpaw just smiled at the she-cat and padded closer to where the black and white warrior was laying. He sat down gracefully and swept his white tail around his paws hiding them. He just chuckled when she mentioned about Willowbranch. That up-tight deputy seemed to have a thorn stuck in her pelt. He just then he just shrugged and said, "Its fine. I knew that I was going to get caught sooner or later. Thats why I didn't become an apprentice until I was 7 moons old you know. Always getting into trouble." Then he just blinked his blue eyes at her. "Well other than that, I'm doing great. I'm usually never sad though so nothing new in my life happened. but maybe at this point I wont be a warrior until I'm the age of an elder." Then he just gave his chest a few licks before asking. "How are you?"

Spidershien licked his head thinking about the one time she had to talk to the deputy. She chuckled licking out a small knot on the top of cloudpaw's head. She chuckled at his comment about becoming a warrior at the age of a warrior. She said," I good, you might be right about becoming a warrior at the age of a elder but, if you try hard I bet within a few moons you'll be a great warrior". She sighed looking up at the clouds. She saw the clouds were looking white and puffy. She sighed happily hoping that the rain wouldn't come soon. She hated the mud that the rain made. She said," cloudpaw, do you like rain"? She waited for his answer.

Cloudpaw just let his friend groom his white fur like his mother would when he was a kit. He closed his blue eyes and let her fix him up. She just listened as she chuckled at his words. The white apprentice just then kept his eyes closed as the warrior chatted with him. He liked Spidershine because she didn't seem to tell him what to do with his life. And when she did she was nice about it. He was know for his trouble ways and he liked that she didn't mind that. She was a true friend that was for sure. He just then opened his eyes and looked at her. He just nodded and said, "I guess so." Then just watched as her attention changed to the sky. She asked him another question he just chuckled then said, "I don't mind the rain."

Spidershien licked her growing stomach. She looked at her stomach and thought soon I have my own little kits. She looked up at Cloudpaw and said," I hate rain because it makes mud which clings to your fur and makes me look like a brown pelted cat". She chuckled at her words. She felt the knot in cloudpaw's pelt go away. She licked her own pelt and then listened to the bird calls. She looked at Cloudpaw again and said," any news about your father". She remembered at there last meeting when he talked about his father. She looked at him and waited for his answer.

Cloudpaw just rolled his eyes, and like Spidershine was the one that had to worry about getting dirty. Of course she has white on her pelt but look who she was talking to. A long-haired white tom. If anyone knew about being dirty it was him. He just said, "And yet who are you talking to Spidershine. I have all white fur." He just then chuckled and then looked back up at the clouds they seemed pretty normal moving with the day. He just then stopped an looked back down at Spidershine when she asked about his father. He just growled and said, "You too! Gosh, thats seems to be the talk that is around me huh? First the leader Sunstar and now you. Clearly I don't like to talk about it. He gone and is never coming back." Then the apprentice looked away from Spidershine for a few moments before sighing. The young tom just deflated a bit and then said quieter, "I'm sorry Spidershine for snapping at you."
