{Kittycat Swagger}
Clouds.
What are they?
Where do they come from?
A lone figure lay one one of the may slopes, gazing up at the slowly darkening sky. Fluffy clouds were scattered along, drifting peacefully towards the sinking sun. She watched as a large white one flew overhead. Followed by another. And another. Until the whole night sky was blocked out. It wasn't so beautiful anymore. The light was gone now and even her amber eyes couldn't pierce the darkness that had unfolded around her. A sharp wind blew across her territory, cutting through her thick fur. A shiver ran up her spine as she took a step down the slope. It would be more sheltered at the bottom. She took another step and felt loose dirt roll beneath her. I've got to be careful. She took another step and fell. Down the hill, rolling across the grass. When she reached the bottom, Cloverwish was lying in an unruly heap of patched tabby fur. She blinked her eyes in shock before standing up and shaking out her pelt. Around her, everything was now pitch black. Although, she didn't know where she was now. Sighing, the she-cat began to trudge along the flat ground. After what seemed like moons, she reached cover. It was the border of her territory. She could tell by the forest scents that screamed out from in front of her. It was gross, all the dampness and trees... Ew. And if things couldn't get any worse, there was a loud crack overhead before rain came pelting down. Great. Just great.
A now soaking wet cat scampered underneath a shrub that was growing on the wrong side of the border. It was damp and cold underneath but at least she was out of the rain. She began to lap at her fur until she was feeling significantly drier and warmer. but outside the rain still poured. opefully it would stop soon. Otherwise... Well, she wasn't going to think about that.
