The young russet warrior pushed his way out into the clearing, shaking out the sleepiness from his head and pelt. His pale green gaze swept the area, mildly surprised but definitely relieved to see little to no blankets of powdery frost covering the camp; leaf-bare finally surrendered to the fresher days of newleaf, which meant less starvation and death within the ranks of SunsetClan. Okay, sure, the other Clans suffered the same fate somewhat, but still, his Clan was priority.

Redfox took a deep breath, eyeing the fresh-kill pile. It'd depleted in the middle of last season and barely kept everyone satiated for the next day's meal, but with the warmer weather, prey was likely to come scurrying out in search of food - just like the warriors. He may not like land prey that much, but they provided variety, after all. Smirking, the russet tom strode over to the pile, snatching a small mouse by the thigh with a claw. The muscled warrior had the meal scoffed down in less than a few heartbeats before he headed off towards the camp entrance, the tip of his tapered tail twitching.

Fun times were coming.

The large white tom bounded across the sandy beaches of SunsetClan, looking like a giant cloud floating across the territory. His sharp purple eyes roved back and forth, watching for obstacles in his way. Cloudbreeze tromped past the seashore, kicking up sand as he went. Ah, this was the relaxing life. He allowed himself to smile, stopping to catch his breath. His heavy, thick white fur was no use in this warm weather.

Time to get back to work. Cloudbreeze heaved a sigh and headed back to the camp entrance, looking to join a patrol. Suddenly, he almost bumped into a cat passing through, and swerved, misjudging his balance. "Omph!" Cloudbreeze's large form fell over with a loud crash, and his muzzle hit the floor, and he winced. "Ow."

berrysong cast her sharp minty gaze over the camp clearing, quietly assessing the cats and wondering who to invite hunting or patrolling, she watched as a young tom snatched up a mouse from the prey pile. her ear twitched in disapproval, she knew the food level was still low and she would not eat until she had earned her meal, this loyalty to her clan had already thinned her frame considerably in the long leafbare, and though she was nearly always hungry she would not break her promise to care for her clan with her life that she had given her father before he died. she bounded forward from her spot on the side of the clearing, and her white and pale ginger spotted fur glinted in the pale morning sunlight.

just as she came to the middle of the camp something bowled into her from the side and she was tumbled to the ground, "uh!" she yelped as she regained her balance. she rumpled her fur and cast her scalding glare on the cat that had caused the collision, " cloudbreeze! watch where your going!" she spat, then she let her fur lie flat and her tone grew less harsh she huffed "well, where have you been"

Tumblepaw stepped out of the apprentice den and glanced around. The young munchkin cat had just been made an apprentice though he wished that his mentor was around so he could start training. He could see a few warriors already up and about. He noticed how small the fresh-kill pile was and wondered if a hunting patrol was going out soon. He turned his head in time to see to warrior's collide with each other and he had to work to stifle the purr of amusement that rose up from his chest.

Redfox barely had time to react as a white plume bounded past him, almost obliviously. The russet tom snorted in contempt, rolling his pale eyes as he resumed his trek out; he was interrupted once more at the sound of collision, followed by an irritated hiss and spit that sounded distinctly she-cat. Grunting with a mild amount of irritation and curiosity, the large warrior twisted his head around to look, and was greeted by the scene of two white warriors sprawled on the ground - one had his muzzle smashed into the ground, while the other looked on with nothing less than annoyance.

Probably your fault too. He mused quietly, half-thinking of going over to check on the one named Cloudbreeze, though majority of his thoughts were of silent mirth at the idea of two warriors tangled from accidental collision. That, and he wasn't always one to be conversing with others. Maybe he'd make an exception this time. Or not. Whatever else. Redfox padded over from the camp entrance, mentally preparing a word or two to say to the warriors, but as his brain came up with none, he stopped some distance away from the pair, pale green eyes staring blankly at them.

He flicked his tail tip, voice flat as the words took long to come to the tip of his tongue, "Maybe you're better off getting fresh-kill than walking 'round camp."
