The Hawk takes on the Leopard (lion)

Leopardpaw sat patiently waiting at the camps entrance, when his first mentor had suddenly..well stopped being his mentor he was in need of a new one but he had no idea that the leader would step up and be his next one. Flicking his spotted tail back and forth becoming anxious. Inhaling slowly he glanced back letting his deep blue eyes look over the camp.

Leopardpaw was seven moons now, he was a large cat, and would grow up to be an ever larger cat. He had long white fur, much like his father, and an orange right ear, starting to take after his mother. His face and tail was also spotted with orange giving him his name. The tom swiped a paw over his twitching tail tip before getting to his paws, it would be soon know anyways, he just wasn't sure what to expect.

Lionhearted

Thrushstar woke up and stretched leisurely. He wasn't sure why he'd taken on a second apprentice, but he had decided that training apprentices would take his mind off of more official things. It was probably going to be a pawful, but he hadn't had this much fun in moons. His life had been plunged into running and manning the Clan, but it was nice to get to be a normal warrior once in a while, now that he had Hawkeye to split the job with.

Spotting Leopardpaw, he padded up, giving the other tom a quick nod. "Hello Leopardpaw," he said pleasantly. "Ready to start your training? We'll begin with hunting techniques. Tell me, do you know anything about hunting?"
