These are special cats, per se. They don't have special abilities, as that's impossible, but they are very close with each other. Very brave, very strong cats, with names to sing about for generations. Yes, their colours are based off of the Hogwarts Houses, HOWEVER they are nothing like the Founding Witches and Wizards. I just liked the colours.
Griffin, a golden and reddish-ginger tom with green eyes. He is very brave, and is considered the leader of the group. He is the brother of Snake, Raven and Badger. He is the frenemy of River and the mate of Veelia. He is the proud parent of two cats (found below), and couldn't ask for a better family. He was named for the eagles that circled around his parents home and his lion-like appearance. (Eagle+Lion=Griffin, naturally)
Snake, a silver tom with green eyes, he was once found with a nest of snakes following him. Needless to say, he was in trouble for several moons, as he was almost killed by said snakes. He was named such because his, Raven's, Badger's, and Griffin's mother was killed by an adder the day of his birth, leaving him, the youngest, to be fostered by Moonsong. He is the smallest of the litter, and is picked on because of it. (@smokeclaw)
Raven, a blackish-blue she-cat with intelligent, brilliant stormy silvery-grey eyes. She is the second-oldest and grew to enjoy the company of other she-cats, and at one point, took Belladona for a mate before she left her for a tom who later killed the she-cat. This news was a heartbreak to Raven, but she got over it easily enough.
Badger, a gold-and-black she-cat with yellow eyes. She was born before Snake, and was the smallest of the litter, eventually growing to be the biggest despite this. She was named such because of her badger-like appearance, with a band of black going down the tip of her muzzle, down her back to her tail. She is a few inches taller than Griffin, which makes her seem half an outcast as she is quite awkward.
Jaime, a golden tom with three paws and eyes as green as emeralds. He is the foster-brother of Snake, and despises the small tom. He believes that Snake should have been left to die, as several years later, Moonsong was bitten by an adder, leaving her slightly paralyzed; she can no longer hunt for herself, as her left side is immobile. He is vindictive, charming, and slightly vain, however he tries to change this when he meets his mate, Warrior, a she-cat as big as Badger, if not slightly more.
Moonsong, a beautiful, milky white she-cat with vibrant blue eyes, and a notch in her left ear. She is blind in one eye, but didn't allow this to slow her down. She longs for the day StarClan will call for her, so she can end her suffering. She is proud of her son, Jaime, and just as proud of Snake, too. She is formerly of TalonClan, but left when she discovered she was pregnant with her rogue mate's kits. The first two were born dead, leaving Jaime the only survivor. She taught her kit and Snake the ways of StarClan so that they could be accepted when their time came.
Warrior, a dishwater blonde she-cat bigger than Badger. She was the largest of her mother's litter, and the only one to survive. At first, she despised Jaime and only wished to send him to a swift grave. However, when he lost his right paw, she grew to care for him as she managed to keep infection at bay. She knows enough about herbs to keep infection and sickness away, but otherwise, she's dumb on the subject. Her eyes are a tint of blue, a genetic defect that isn't an immediate danger to her, but could cause cataracts at an early age. Her mother passed away when she was a year old, and her father never took another mate.
Swallow, a black she-cat with green eyes born to two Clan cats but cast out when she killed a fellow kit when she was supposed to be playing. She was old enough to hunt for herself at this point, so she simply ventured out on her own. Her name would have been Swallowsong if she had stayed to earn her warrior name. Regardless of this, she has taken an interest in Badger, but only for her own gain and no real affection to the she-cat. Despite the non-reciprocated feelings, she is persistent. She wants to use Badger to get to Snake, as she heard how Jaime wanted the puny tom dead.
Valerie, a brown-and-white she-cat with blue eyes, a former kittypet. She was best friends with a she-cat named Emilie, but when she heard that she had run away, she had plants to go after her. She doesn't know how to take her collar off, which is a problem as it has a bell. Despite this, however, she is good at hunting, but poor at tracking and stalking, so usually her prey ends up back in its burrow or up in a tree before she can catch it. Normally, because of this, she goes to bed hungry.
