Down with the good (ripple/Mid open)

Ripplepelt lay upon a flat rock, her tail twitching with happiness. She stood and sniffed the air. All was quiet- and peaceful...She snifed again and smelled a foul smell...It was a male cat-A stranger cat. Who was this? Then it hit her- it was the cat who had atacked her before! "Back for more?" she hissed turning her head in all directions.

[Midnight]

MN slid through the undergrowth in skilled silence. He felt fear go through him as he felt his paw land on a twig, but was relieved when it didn't snap. The tom's whiskers twitched in amusement and he leaped out of the undergrowth toward the she-cat.

Ripplepelt turned at the wrong moment- she let out a squeal as the cat leaped out and tackled her to the ground. She hissed and spat and kicked with all her might.

"Back again?" she hissed!

[Midnight]

MN snorted, smirking, and aimed a slash at the she-cat's face. He hoped to slice open her nose, or at least cut her muzzle with his sharp claws, but he didn't pay too much attention as to whether or not he hit. All he wanted was for this Clan cat to be gone.

She hissed and felt sharp claws rake her face-she hissed as blood welled upon her muzzle and she aimed a blow to his underbelly with her hind claws, trying to dig in.

[Midnight]

MN grunted in anger as he felt claws dig into his belly and he held his mouth closed, so as not to screech in the pain that he felt. The tom was slightly grinding his teeth together and trying to put all of his rage in his mouth. MN lunged forward and tried to bite Ripplepelt's throat, ignoring the blood dripping out of his belly.

SHe hissed and felt pain on her neck-she kicked and struggled-reaching her claws around to his neck and sliced as best as she could until her breathing went heavy-then she black out breathing fauntl.

[Midnight]

MN gave in and screeched in pain as his own neck was clawed. He grew tired of the fighting and tried to push his shoulders up to his neck so it wouldn't bleed as much. The tom aimed one last scratch at the she-cat's face, this time aiming for her eyes, before limping off. He couldn't feel his paws very much, so he didn't know if it had hit and he didn't feel like looking back as he went on. My blood's going to leave a trail... Can't really have that.. MN smirked, heading for the StormClan border. Let's leave them to think a StormClan cat did it.. The tom could still scent StormClan on him from crossing their territory, but it was mixing with MidnightClan scent and a bit of his own.

MN reached the river and relaxed in it for a little while- at least until the bleeding stopped and it would dry up on his wounds- before heading back to WhisperClan.



Wolfie, Wolfie, Wolfie, Wolfie! The name repeated multiple times in Cherryleaf's head as she raced for the LeafClan border to meet her kittypet mate. The mixed scent of death and one of her Clanmates made the warrior stop dead, though, and she opened her mouth a bit to find it. Cherryleaf's ears went back in disgust at the nasty scent and her green eyes widened as she found the trail of the scent and tracked it to a body. Rippletail... Cherryleaf slowly stepped forward, in complete horror that Rippletail was dead. The warrior gently tried to gripped the old deputy's scruff in her teeth and brought her back to camp.

Rippletail's spirit stood on the ground- she gazed at her body and then looked at Cherryleaf until she was out of site. She felt silent paw steps and she looked over at the cat behind her.

[Midnight]

"Come. It's your time," Leafstar meowed, flicking her tail. She looked at Ripplepelt with impatient eyes, "I wish I didn't have to let you come." The previous MidnightClan leader snarled. You may have decided that you were no longer mates, but Ocean was going to be- or was- your mate for a while.. She thought.

Rippletail closed her eyes
"I'm sorry Leafstar!, I really am!" she mewed her ears low, she crouched and followed the leader to starclan.
