A hiss escaped the large brown and white tom. His broad shoulders pushed through the brambles. He opened his mouth trying to scent out a patrol of Whisperclan cats. Both of his half-missing ears were perked up as he tried to listen, as well. Still, he didn't hear or scent any one. He let out a snort. "Don't Whisplerclan cats know how to protect their borders?" he asked himself.
He was a loner, use to be a warrior of Midnightclan. His name was Dustscar and was banished from the clan for supposedly planning to kill Shadowstep, but he would never do such a thing. His scarred body was rather muscular and he looked even more intimidating than Shadowstep, even if he wasn't as big as the Midnightclan tom.
Dustscar was just looking for a place to live. He wanted to be in another clan. He wanted a family, a home, someone to help take care of. So he thought of Whisperclan.
