(Title Credit to Lilly)
Okay, when by itself, 'I' is capital as it's talking about yourself, and when naming yourself/others, the first letter is capital. When in a word (Unless it's the first letter of a word and that word is in the beginning of a sentence), 'I' is lowercase.
The first letter of a sentence is always capital. Every first letter of a title is capital (mostly excluding 'the', 'of', sometimes 'a', etc.)
Now, there's a few words with different forms (There, their, they're, etc.). There's also some word with different meanings.
In short: Capitalize 'I' when talking about yourself, and make sure to use the correct form/meaning of the word(s)!=^_^=
Any questions or something to say? Post here/PM me or Alice.
Okay, moving on.
Please try not to start sentences with the words 'and' or 'then'.... Try this instead:
Midnightstar hissed, then turned and looked at the opponent, her red eyes burning with determination to succeed.
Midnightstar dashed and skidded as she embarrassingly realized she was going in the wrong direction.
Questions/etc.? Post or PM Mid or Alice.
Next.
If you're RPing, and don't feel like PMing the person, etc. you can be 'out of character'.
These can be used for talking out of character (Often called 'OOC'):
(), [], {}, etc.
Word replacements are synonyms- words that mean the same things. Synonyms are often used when RPing due to the fact that they make the post better as the vocabulary is more varied. This is because instead of using bland, overused words- you're using words that are stronger and more... Varied.
Instead of 'win', you could put 'succeed', etc.
Instead of 'pretty', you could put 'beautiful', 'extravagant', etc.
There are many more, but those are just examples.

More will be added later![/u]
